Vintage Christmas pole ornaments

You know what I love about Christmas time? Driving through small towns and seeing these vintage inspired light pole ornaments hung up. When I was little, the strip mall by my parents house used to put these up before Thanksgiving, and for some reason I though they were the coolest thing ever. It seems over the years the styles of these pole ornaments haven't changed much, and when they are lit up at night (with half of the bulbs burnt out), it reminds of the being a kid again. I am thankful for the cities that still put up these large ornaments, its wonderful that some old traditions in this country never change. I love that.

  1. I love those! And I'm pretty sure many of them around here are not "vintage inspired" but really that old. I remember them being the same for years!
